Important note regarding COVID-19 and your order

Our shipping partners has notified us of potential delays due to the tightening of borders, more stringent policies around social distancing and increased pressure on logistics. Your order is still coming, no matter where you are, so please exercise some patience if it arrives a day or two late. We’re all in this together.

Australia

We ship locally using Australia post , Sendle and Fastway.

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD

Standard Post parcel delivery times apply once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Your parcel will generally reach your intended delivery address within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order.

Express Shipping: A$14.95.

We offer express shipping in case you need your Order fast! You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in Australia.

Standard Shipping: A$25

All international orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to countries outside Australia takes between 5-26 working days, depending on your location.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has been dispatched  you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

Delivery conditions

Authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place

All orders sent within Australia, if you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post, Fastway and sendle  drivers will try to hand the parcel in person. If no one is home, then drivers will always try to find a safe place to leave the parcel (if size allows, this includes the letterbox). In cases where a safe place isn’t available,  drivers will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated location If you are an Australia Post My Post customer you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery offering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Ojus Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. For international orders, once it arrives in destination country , we exercise no control over any delivery delays or damages . If the tracking number shows delivered, unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist with it. You can lodge an enquiry with your local carrier and they can assist you

If the package has been returned to the sender because the customer didn’t collect it within the specified time frame , customer will be liable to pay for the restocking fees 0f 8$ To arrange redelivery of the packages.

PLEASE NOTE , IF THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS ORDER AS DELIVERED , WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS.

Please note that international orders (including to New Zealand) cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

If item in your order is out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or those items held and sent to you once back in stock.

Customs and import charges for international orders

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
